All Saints Robotics Team Qualifies for Vex Robotics World's Competition

March 11, 2025We are excited to announce that Team 21421A "Blitz" from All Saints Robotics has qualified to compete in the 2024-2025 Middle School VEX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, held in Dallas Texas this May!
This team finished 2nd place as Tournament Finalists out of 24 of the top Maine middle school teams at the Maine State Championship. In addition, they placed 3rd in individual team skills with a personal record-breaking score. At Worlds, the top 500 middle school teams from all nations will be competing for the highest rank in the world!21421A "Blitz" members are 8th grader McKinley Robinson-Rice (Builder, Programmer, Driver), 8th grader Ryan Burns (Driver, Programmer, Researcher), 6th graders Joseph King (Programmer and Drive Team), Gabe Hikel (Builder and Drive Team), and Chase Oettinger (Documenter, Drive Team). This is McKinley Robinson-Rice's 2nd trip to VEX Worlds as a competitor!
This is the second year in a row a team from All Saints has been invited to compete at World's, and the third time a team has qualified.

This team of 5th graders scored their personal best in individual Skills and place 14th of 24 in the State. This team is already planning out their next design and eagerly awaiting the release of the new game at VEX Worlds. They will be the team to watch over the next few years!
